Training Staff

Responsibilities:
* Responsible for the administration of training, conducting training needs analysis, compiling modules, and coordinating with vendors for joint training / implementation of training.
Requirements:* Male, age maximum 27 years* Minimum S1, preferably from the Department of Psychology* Experience of at least 1 (one) year as a Staff Training* Have good communication skills, initiative, can work independently or team, have good administration skills, willing to travel out of town.

Region Supervisor (Jakarta Raya)
Responsibilities:* Responsible for achievement of target outlets, handling losses, the monitoring service, neatness and efficiency of operating costs.
Requirements:* Male, age max 30 years* Minimum S1 all the Majors* Experience at least 2 (two) years in the retail store industry.* Have good communication skills, assertive, have high creativity, honest and ready to work in the field.
Retail Operational Manager - Bright (Jakarta Raya)
Responsibilities:* Responsible for achievement of target sales per outlet, pressure losses, costs, effectiveness and efficiency of operating costs, enhanced customer service in stores, and business process monitoring SOP outlets.
