Responsibilities:
administering licensing project (certified, permit the location, siteplan, UKP UPL, etc.)
negotiate with the parties with respect to licensing
making and filing of all related documents
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Law, Business Studies / Administration / Management, Property Development / Real Estate Management or equivalent (diploma of law / administration).
At least 3 year (s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position (min 3 years when seasoned with a diploma, 5 years experience without a diploma when the property developer).
Preferably Senior Staffs specializing in Clerical / Administrative Support or equivalent.
Full-Time positions available.
