Policy Service Admin Supervisor (Code: PSA)
Responsibilities:- To administer policy benefit transactions
- To supervise subordinate policy benefit team
- To ensure policy benefit transactions should be done within SOP & service standard agreement
- Male/Female with age range 27-35 years old
- Bachelor degree in Economics (Accounting/Management), Mathematics or Insurance from reputable university
- Having minimum 2 years working experience in Policy Owner Servicing/Policy Servicing Administration (after sales)
- Good analytical & quick learner well organized
- Good knowledge of life insurance product
- Good communication & able to work with others in a team
- Has a good manner, ability to lead the team & to be example as good employee
- Fluent in English (Both & Written)
